Why anti-virus screen protector when there are disinfectants?
Any disinfection of a surface is only good until the next person touches or contaminates the surface. And this is exactly where Neoxum's antiviral and antimicrobial active display film comes into play: The effective layer permanently kills viruses and bacteria and constantly reduces the viral or bacterial load. Anti-virus efficiency
Within a few minutes, up to 99.9% of pathogens are inactivated on the anti-viral and antibacterial coated display protection film for ICP AFL-08AH-LX. The following illustration shows that, for example, 99.9% of the Covid-19 viruses on the surface were inactivated after just 15 minutes. Influenza viruses, which can cause the serious influenza disease, are 99.9% killed after just 3 minutes of contact with the anti-virus screen protector. Diarrhea-causing pathogens such as the norovirus are 99.9% deactivated after just 5 minutes of direct contact.
Antibacterial effectiveness
Even bacteria such as Escherichia Coli, also known as coli bacteria, which cause dangerous urinary tract infections, are the pathogens of blood poisoning and are feared as the cause of hospital infections, are reliably 99.9% inactivated after just 5 minutes. Antiviral and antimicrobial effect of copper
Copper ions, embedded in the incredibly long-lasting coating, react with the ever-present oxygen in the air and create active oxygen species.
If germs such as bacteria or viruses (SARS-CoV-2 virus, influenza viruses, adenoviruses, Escherichia Coli, Staphylococcus Aureus bacteria, many nosocomial pathogens or noroviruses) come into contact with the active antiviral and antibacterial coating of the protective film for ICP AFL-08AH-LX, a so-called redox reaction is set in motion. Oxygen molecules from the ambient air interact with the copper ions embedded in the antiviral and antimicrobial coating and form extremely bactericidal active intermediate molecules that attack and destroy the protein shell of viruses and bacterial proteins extremely efficiently. The exposed virus mRNA (RNA) or bacterial RNA is exposed and immediately destroyed. Many nosocomial pathogens, Corona, Escherichia Coli bacteria, noroviruses, influenza viruses, Staphylococcus Aureus and adenoviruses are effectively killed and are no longer infectious.

The reactive copper ions change their so-called oxidation levels between Cu(I) and Cu(II) during the virucidal effect.
